Newzo Pedia is committed to accuracy. When we get something wrong, we fix it promptly and are open about the change.
1. Reporting an error
If you believe we have published something inaccurate, email contact@newzopedia.com with the link to the article, the specific statement you believe is wrong, and any evidence that supports the correction.
2. How we review requests
Our editors review every request. If we confirm an error, we correct the article as quickly as possible, normally within two working days of verification. If we decide no correction is needed, we will tell you why.
3. Corrections
When a factual error is corrected, we add a note to the article explaining what was changed and when. We do not quietly change facts without telling readers.
4. Clarifications and updates
Where a story was accurate but could be misunderstood, we add a clarification. When a developing story changes, we update it and note that it has been updated. Minor fixes to spelling, grammar or formatting may be made without a note.
5. Removal of content
We do not normally remove published stories, because the public record matters. We may remove or edit content where it is legally required, where it is seriously inaccurate and cannot be corrected, or where publication puts someone at risk.
